Warrior Baseball Collects Eight Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Eight Lewis-Clark State College Baseball student-athletes earned Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors, announced by the national office this week. All eight are in their second year with the Warriors and are first-time honorees.

To be nominated, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale; appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.

Seniors Carter Booth, Eli Takalo, and Leo Rivera led the group in their final collegiate seasons. Juniors Alex Sol, Jake Green, Jordan Justice and Zachary Ediger represented LC State, as did sophomore Noah Weintraub.
