LEWISTON, Idaho – The 2024 Lewis-Clark State Baseball schedule was released on Monday. The slate features three top-10 matchups to start the season, and another three top-20 in the second week. The No. 3 Warriors will also host No. 5 LSU Shreveport (La.) in April at Harris Field, along with plenty of Cascade Conference action.
“We are very excited about the schedule that we’ve compiled for this year,” Head Coach Jake Taylor said. “The continued improvement in competition in the Cascade Conference will be a tremendous regular season test. Our non-conference schedule is also loaded with top tier teams that we are thrilled to be matched up against.”
The Warriors kick off the 2024 campaign in Arizona with games against No. 6 Tennessee Wesleyan, No. 1 Southeastern (Fla.), No. 7 Bellevue (Neb.) and St. Thomas (Fla.) before heading to California for battles with No. 11 Hope International (Calif.), No. 17 Vanguard (Calif.) and Saint Katherine (Calif.).
The home opener is scheduled for March 1 when UBC comes to Lewiston. Cascade Conference play starts on March 15 when LC State heads to Salem to take on Corban (Ore.), and continues when the Warriors host Eastern Oregon on March 23. LSU Shreveport will be at Harris Field April 12-14 and the Warriors close out the regular season at home against Bushnell the weekend of April 27.
