LEWISTON, Idaho– Lewis-Clark State Athletics announced its second annual Teddy Bear Toss to be held on Feb. 16 during halftime of the women’s basketball game. The Warriors are partnering with P1FCU for the event.
Fans will be encouraged to throw their teddy bears onto the court at halftime to be donated to the 2nd District CASA Program. The non-profit provides advocacy to abused and neglected children in local counties.
Packages are being sold for $20 that include an official LC State/P1FCU branded teddy bear and two general admission tickets to the Feb.16 games. Individual teddy bears can be purchased for $10. Tickets can be purchased on lcwarriors.com/tickets and bears can be picked up at the LC State ticket office at home basketball games on Feb. 2, 3 or 16.
LC State Women’s Basketball will host Multnomah on Feb. 16 at 5 p.m. Fans can bring any new stuffed animal to the event to be donated.
