Asotin, WA- If you are interested in being a vendor during the Asotin Holiday Craft Fair then the time has come to fill out the vendor form!
The Asotin Holiday Craft Fair occurs on November 4th, from 9 to 3. Set up for vendors would start at 6:00 a.m. They are currently taking applicants for vendors. The cost for the vendor space would be $25.00. The fair will take place at Asotin High School.

CRAFT FAIR ~ RULES AND REGULATIONS Thank you for agreeing to be a vendor at the Asotin Holiday Craft Fair. Your interest and willingness to participate in Asotin Holiday Craft Fair contributes to our excitement about this event. Below are some of the rules that you will need: 1. Asotin Holiday Craft Fair is a smoke free event. Vendors and patrons are not permitted to smoke in or around vendor area (RCW 70.160). 2. MUST provide your own tables. 3. Electricity Available upon request. 4. Appropriate permits are required for selling food and drink. ALL FOOD VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE FOOD HANDLERS CARD AND PERMITS www.asotincountypublichealth.org/food-safety.html 5. Asotin Holiday Craft Fair takes place rain, wind or shine. 6. Asotin Holiday Craft Fair vendor fees are non-refundable. 7. Vendor space is assigned as applications and payments arrive. ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————- Once you’ve submitted your vendor application with payment, you will be assigned a vendor number. We have set the following guidelines to assure smooth set-up and take down: Setup times: 6:00am. Parking: Please park your vehicle as far as possible to allow customers to park. Restrooms: There are restrooms located in the Commons Area. Tear down: If you want to leave early. You must pack your items to your vehicle. Booth Areas: Each booth area is approximately 10′ x 10′ (because we are inside and no tents needed) and marked with a corresponding booth number. Please center your booth in your allotted space. We ask that you dispose of all trash and clean up your vendor area…..Thanks.
