Grangeville Man Arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Contempt of a Lawful Order

(Grangeville, ID) On January 25, 2025, at approximately 1:38 PM, an Idaho County deputy stopped a vehicle for a  traffic violation outside of Grangeville, Idaho on the Truck Route. 

K9 Millie and her handler arrived on scene and performed an open-air sniff on the vehicle and  alerted. A search of the vehicle was conducted, and methamphetamine and paraphernalia were  found. 

Scott Rollins, age 42, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor  criminal contempt of a lawful order, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. He was also  cited for an infraction for operating a motor vehicle without registration, plates or stickers.
