On February 10, 2024, around 1:12 AM, an Idaho County Deputy was on routine patrol driving north on Highway 95 from the town of Grangeville, when he stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.
A check of the driver was performed while K9 Millie and her handler performed a perimeter check of the vehicle to which there was a positive alert. Methamphetamine was found on a search incident to arrest.
Mark Larsen, age 58, of Moscow, ID was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine. He was also cited for misdemeanor possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
