(ACTION ITEM): The applicant proposes to plat approximately 28.33 acres of property, located in the Nez Perce Terrace Planned Unit Development, south of Nez Perce Drive and west of Gun Club Road, into four Blocks with a total of 26 Lots. – Action Item
D. PUBLIC HEARING AND SUBSEQUENT DELIBERATION AND DIRECTION TO STAFF REGARDING THE REASONED STATEMENT FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION CUP24-2 BY LORETTA TYE

(ACTION ITEM): The applicant requests conditional use permit approval for a Home Occupation business occupying more that 25% of the dwelling or accessory structure at 717 Linden Avenue. Home Occupations may occupy more than 25% of the gross floor area of the dwelling or accessory building when approved with a conditional use permit as provided in Article IX of Chapter 37, Zoning. – Action Item
